A Sources Sought Notice is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition leading toward a firm-fixed-price contract. The intent of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to identify all capable small businesses possessing the ability to provide all labor, tools, materials, and services needed to perform essential Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) and features supporting Lakehurst NAS on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB-MDL), 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365).
