This project for Joint Interagency Task Force - South (JIATF-S) located at Truman Annex, Naval Air Station, Key West, FL, is to replace two aging roofs on Buildings 290 & 291, and to replace the landscaping irrigation system. A breakdown of the tasks are below: Bldgs 290 & 291 Roof Replacement - Involves the complete removal and replacement of the existing modified bitumen roofing systems on Buildings 290 and 291. The turnkey scope includes demolition and disposal of the current roofing materials, including all associated flashing, drip edges, gutters, and downspouts. New fully adhered white EPDM membrane roofing systems will be installed, complete with new insulation, flashing, and drainage components, and will include a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty.
