Contract Description
Services to provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, , and labor necessary to provide the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) with one (1) Manpower and Personnel Staff Representative to perform expert analysis, strategic guidance, and direct execution of human relations (HR) tasks by integrating best practice from military and civilian human capital programs to support the JECC J1 mission. The contractor shall provide one (1) qualified Special Security Representative (SSR) to assist the J2 Special Security Officer (SSO) and security team in the administration of all related security functions.
