Contract Description
This Class Justification and Approval grants the authority to rapidly acquire commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) counter-Unmanned Aerial System (cUAS) capabilities in support of Operation EPIC FURY within the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The ceiling value of this Justification and Approval for all IDIQs covered shall be $99,000,000.00. This justification will be valid for no more than one year from signature date or until the unusual and compelling requirements have been fulfilled, whichever is soonest. The 20th Contracting Squadron (20 CONS) will execute over thirty (30) contracting actions to acquire systems providing point defense, intelligence integration, electronic warfare effects, and advanced analytics.
