Contract Description
This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) has the following requirements: The Contractor shall provide 100% digital teacher resources, formative assessments, and related professional learning aligned with the national standards. Teacher resources shall include strategies that promote rigorous instruction, address potential challenges, and differentiate instruction.
