The project is to Provide construction services to upgrade the Energy Management System and Building Automation System in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The contractor shall convert the existing DDC system to an industry standard Native DDC system, install a fiber optic backbone to all panels, replace outdated controls and panels, and add controls to designated areas while furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required.
