**AMENDMENT 0001** The purpose of this amendment is to provide three (3) FOR REFERENCE ONLY documents and extend the quote due date to January 29th, 2026, no later than 1:00 PM Central Time. DESCRIPTION: The intent of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to award one (1) supply contract for two (2) new pumps, 40 GPM and 108 feet TDH, 5.0 HP, 3450 RPM, 460/3/60 Hz, will be procured and installed within the Kentucky Lock Wall lift station in accordance with the performance work statement.
