Contract Description
Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) intends to make award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) 5202 Presidents Ct Ste 220 Frederick, MD, 21703-8515 for the purpose of Lab Accreditation. The requirement entails the Contractors service to come to both the Beltsville, MD and Walnut Creek, CA labs to perform onsite Lab Audit and provide accreditation certification. TTB has two labs that ensure alcohol and tobacco products are produced, labeled, advertised and marketed in accordance with Federal law.
