Contract Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a Contractor to perform lead paint removal and remediation services at Building 2 of the USACE Fountain City Service Base. The work involves disassembling and removing seven separate homemade shelving units found to have been sealed by paint containing lead. The Contractor will remove and replace an interior metal door and replace or remediate the door jamb, both of which were coated in lead-containing paint. Contractor will remove abandoned air exchanger ductwork found to have been sealed with lead-containing paint.
