General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NC City: Fayetteville DA: N: Rowan Street to Grove Street E: Cool Spring Street S: Russell Street W: Robeson Street to Bragg Blvd. SF: 5,960 to 6,000 ABOASF Parking: 1 surface space Term: 10 years / 5 years firm with 1 - 5 year renewal option Additional Requirements: Offered space cannot be located in a building that houses a daycare, church, or school. Agency cannot collocate in a building with Federal Public Defender, US Attorneys or other law enforcement entities.
