Contract Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Leased Printer Supply/Services. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. AFSBn-Bliss is requesting a leased copier agreement which will provide 36 new multifunctional devices to replace the current fleet of ageing and disparate devices. This contract is for Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) that meet the minimum salient characteristics listed in the attached document to include color printing, copy/scan functionality, CAC Smartcard enabled, and standard finishing capability.
