This is INSTEAD a Lenel BRAND-NAME Justification / Special Notice, being published in ANTICIPATION of what MIGHT HEREAFTER become a competitive Small Business Set-Aside Request for Quotations (RFQ) seeking a contractor to provide, to the Office of Security (M-40), in the U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT), support-services for the LENEL-brand security-system which has been in use by M-40 for approximately the last 13 years.
