Contract Description

This project requires the installation of new plywood sheathing, 30 lb felt underlayment, and new asphalt shingle system to restore watertight integrity, ensure long-term structural reliability, extend the service life of the facilities, and reduce future maintenance needs. The Operations Building and Pier House 1 roofs serve as the base requirement for this contract, with the remaining 4 pier houses being the Option 1 requirement.
