Contract Description
This is a Sources Sought announcement for market research purposes for the Long Term Equipment Storage and Maintenance-Complex (LTESM-C) Expansion project at Powidz Air Base, Poland.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) anticipates a stand-alone, Design-Build (DB), Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to construct several new support facilities, including a large-scale humidity-controlled warehouse and a vehicle maintenance facility. The anticipated magnitude of construction is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000.
