The 131st Mission Support Group contracting office intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to award a single firm-fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervison necessary to eplace the roof system on Building 61, Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station (ANGS). Repairs include removal of existing roof and associated components to existing roof deck/sheating, install new GAF Slateline shingles, repair roof deck/framing as needed, provide lightning protection system, replace gutters/downspouts, and make repairs to fascia and soffit.
