Contract Description
This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Class Deviation 2026-O0028 and 2026-O0037 (Part 19) issued by the Department of War, which implements the principles of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).
