COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION-COMPETITIVE Title: Proteomics Service This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
