Contract Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC, IHD), intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to Milestone Inc., 25 Controls Dr. Shelton, Connecticut 06484-6158 to provide the following service: Maintenance for Ultrawave 3 Microwave System Milestone is the sole manufacturer and service provider for this proprietary instrument. Only Milestone technicians are certified to perform maintenance, and the required parts are not available to other vendors.
