Contract Description
The Library of Congress, Contracts and Grants Directorate, intend to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to Digital Film Technology (DFT), Inc. The work under the contract will be performed at the Contractor's site and at the Library of Congress Packard Campus for Audio Visual Conservation (NAVCC). The period of performance of the intended contract shall run for three years (a base and two options) at an estimated amount of less than $350,000 (the simplified acquisition threshold). The price of the full duration of the three year contract is less than $350,000. The scope of the contract entails a maintenance support plan for its Scanity Film Scanner, serial number 207, with the Wetgate Attachment, including preventative maintenance on the equipment.
