Contract Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to maintain and repair one (1) Leica Stellaris 8 FLIM confocal microscope (S/N: 8300000688). The Contractor shall perform one (1) preventative maintenance inspection (PMI) during the contract period. All labor and travel charges associated with any service visit will be included in the agreement. Service shall be performed by technically qualified factory trained personnel. Service shall consist of a thorough cleaning, calibration, adjustment, inspection, lubrication, and testing of all equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest established service procedures.
