FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY MEALS FOR SURVIVORS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Logistics Management Division, Distribution Management Division, Supply Chain Integration Branch, requires to identify and assess industry capabilities to provide disaster meals in support of emergency response and steady-state operations within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
