Notice of Intent to Sole Source In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) intends to award a sole source purchase order to George Washington (GW) Medical Faculty Associates to provide 24/7 unlimited medical access services to board-certified emergency medicine physicians for case consultation through the George Washington Department of Emergency Medicine Maritime Medical Access (MMA) program for 1 (one) base year with four (4) option years.
