Description This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) and is not a request for proposals or quotations. A solicitation will not be issued. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, on behalf of the Patient Support Services Department (PSSD), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to: Deep Ocean Films 23024 Meadow Mist Road Clarksburg, MD 20871 This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source.
