Contract Description
The Hawaii National Guard intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed priced contract to ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems USA, 350 Dividend Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2). Therefore, a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation from a single source, will be issued to ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems USA for full preventive maintenance and inspection of both Megadoor systems. Replace drive belts on both Megadoor systems, replace worn guide blocks as needed. Patch damaged side fabric - approximately 200ft of tan fabric and 60 ft of white fabric.
