Contract Description
The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract on a sole source basis with Artic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) Federal System Solutions, LLC (AFSS) located in Beltsville, MD for Mission and Facilities Support for Blossom Point Satellite Command and Tracking Facility (BPTF). The NRL requires a 5-year effort to design, develop, integrate, test, and provide anomaly resolution, health and safety interventions and ground station implementation and integration of hardware and software interfaces between all existing and in development Blossom Point Tracking Facility research and development initiatives, and related subsystems.
