W51EW7-25-R-A003 AMENDMENT 0003 Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Theater Support Center (TSC), hereby issues Amendment 0003 against Solicitation W51EW7-25-R-A003 for Mission Support Services (MSS) at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) in support of Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC). The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to revise the listing categories of Amendments 0001 and 0002 from "Special Notice" to "Solicitation" as reflected in the Solicitation Module of Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). Offerors shall acknowledge this Amendment within their proposal in Block 14 herein.
