Contract Description
This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARs PGI) 206.302-1(d) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is executing a firm-fixed-price contract for the McNary Spillway Power & Controls Infrastructure Upgrade. This project will replace critical substation switchgear (DS1 and DS2) that services the spillway loads. A key component of this upgrade is the installation of a comprehensive feeder protection and relaying system to safely enable and integrate the multitude of functions required for spillway operation.
