********** Please Read Over All Attached Documentation In Their Entirety ********** Purpose: The Mobile Emergency Response Support Thomasville (MERS-TV) has a need to remove the existing closed loop, water source heat pump system (WSHP) Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system and install all a new Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system in the Vehicle and Administration Building (VSAB). The replacement HVAC System will not be a closed loop water source heat pump system (WSHP). System specs: (10,000’ view) 3-phase/460V water source HVAC system consisting of 15 individual units totaling 70 tons providing climate control to a multi-use 47,000 sq ft building.
