AUTHORITY AND SET-ASIDE1.1 This acquisition is conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13, 25 U.S.C. § 5323 (Buy Indian Act), and HHSAR Subpart 326.6. 1.2 Competition is restricted to verified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). This procurement is not a FAR Part 19 small business set-aside. 1.3 Only quotations submitted by verified ISBEEs that are actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be considered for award. 2.
