Contract Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), New Jersey Field Office intends to modify contract no. ODT-5-C-0010 and extend the period of performance for an additional 2 months. This action would be executed on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR RFO 6.103-1 to the incumbent contractor, CoreCivic, Inc.
