Contract Description
Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A) under 41 U.S.C. 1901 and FAR 6.104. This action will result in the award of a new Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a 12-month period of performance for Modular Facility Lease and Maintenance, including Modular Facility Teardown and Removal. The required services are provided by Harbor Fed Con LLC, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the modular facility currently in place at Robins AFB. The existing facility houses approximately 150 employees, including all furniture, IT equipment, and infrastructure. Harbor Fed Con LLC is the only responsible source capable of meeting the Government’s immediate needs without unacceptable mission impact.
