Contract Description
Mountain Home Air Force Base requires an on-site motorcycle training service compliant with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 6055.04. This instruction mandates Level 1 and Level 2 motorcycle safety training for all military personnel in a federal duty status who operate or intend to operate a streetlegal motorcycle. AFI 91-207 4.4.5.1. "Initial Training. Courses include the Motorcycle Safety Foundation’s (MSF) Rider Street Skills SM, MSF Basic Rider Course SM (BRC), state or host-nation motorcycle licensing program(s) and any DOD Component approved training course."
