Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build (DB/DBB) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for large scale general construction projects at various locations within NAVFAC Washington?s Area of Operations (AO), primarily in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. This solicitation will be advertised as Full and Open Competition. Large Business Offerors are required to submit an acceptable small business subcontracting plan.
