SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT - Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Job Order (JO) 0005 made under the five year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0016422GJQ65 to Raytheon Company, 2501 W University DR, Mckinney, TX 75071 (CAGE 96214), under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements).
