The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors and gather input on potential solutions to support the ability of Allied Command Operations (ACO) to orchestrate Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) data procured or accessed on the unclassified network. The Alliance Persistent Surveillance from Space (APSS) program represents NATO's commitment to establish a persistent, federated space-based ISR capability through the Aquila virtual constellation, integrating national satellites, commercial providers, and publicly available data sources.
