Contract Description
Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Request for Proposal and negotiate a contract on a sole-source basis with Arizonia Department of Emergency Military Affairs (AZDEMA), of Phoenix, Arizonia to perform receipt, handling, and storage of D5 large rocket motors at Camp Navajo, Bellemont AZ for the Navy Trident II D5 Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program. This effort requires in-depth and direct knowledge of the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) and D5 Life Extension (D5LE) components. It would take an extensive amount of additional training to position another contractor at the level of AZDEMA’s expertise.
