Contract Description
Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Department of State intends to award a sole source contract to SPIE Belgium. The firm fixed-price contract will provide for mothballing services during the decomissioning of the NEC. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the government has determined that SPIE Belgium is the only responsible source able to provide the service. This is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
