Contract Description
This BPA with decentralized funding was awarded sole source to Gannon & Scott with an ordering period of 5 years. The disposal of secure access program (SAP) information technology (IT) equipment is required to be completed at National Security Agency (NSA) certified and DoD approved facilities in accordance with Secure Access Program Central Office (SAPCO) and Office of Special Investigations Special Program (OSI/PJ) direction and guidance in applicable Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07 and NSA/Central Security Service (CSS) Policy Manual 9-12 for the destruction of SAP IT equipment. Gannon & Scott remains the only facility in the Northeast Region holding the necessary concurrent approvals and certifications to perform this work.
