1. AGENCY: Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) 2. DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.107-3(b), Notification of Consolidation of Contract Requirements, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is publishing this Special Notice to advise industry of the approval of a Consolidation Determination and Findings (D&F) for the Business Operations Support Services (BOSS) requirement. The Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA) and Senior Procurement Executive has formally determined that consolidating these requirements is both necessary and justified. 3.
