Notice of intent for Law Enforcement Services 1. General Information This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source commercial services contract in accordance with FAR 5.203. This action is estimated to be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), the Government is establishing a 10-day notice period for this commercial requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. 2. Description of Requirement The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District (NAB), intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to the Tioga County Sheriffs Department.
