NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposal for the NAISC District Cooling Plant at WPAFB, OH. As part of the construction solicitation, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Mech System Controls – This J&A is being prepared for the use of brand name requirement for a Siemens Niagara 4 EMCS or Johnson Controls ADX system ESS Cameras – This J&A is for the use of a brand name items compliant with Axis Communications cameras as part of the overall building Electronic Security System (ESS).
