Contract Description
This notice of Intent for a sole source element that is to be acquired as part of a construction contract for the 9-mile Pump Station. The sole source element that is required is relocating a 2-inch gas main owned by Consumers Energy that is located within the right-of-way along East 9 Mile Road. The work to complete the relocation must be performed by Consumers Energy or their subcontractor. This project also requires a new gas service be provided to the pump station building. The prime contractor must coordinate with Consumers Energy for the relocation of the gas main and installation of the new gas service.
