Contract Description

NASA/ARC has a requirement for comprehensive environmental support services, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). NASA/ARC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from BB&E, Inc., in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The services provided under ESS are highly specialized, requiring advanced education and training, as well as years of relevant experience. Furthermore, full and open competition with award to any source other than the incumbent would likely result in unacceptable delays to fulfilling this requirement.
