1. Introduction The USACE Seattle District intends to award a sole source contract to Waste Management (WM). 2. Description of Services The proposed contract action is for refuse removal services consisting of 40 cubic-yard dumpster provision and scheduled refuse pick-up. The contract consists of a single Base Year and four (4) option periods. Service is to begin for the Base Year on 1 March 2026. The NAICS code is 562111. 3. Authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a single source. (1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. 4. No solicitation package will be issued.
