The proposed contract action is for the acquisition of a subscription for brand name, commercial-off-the-shelf, sole source Bloom software support renewal for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The period of performance (PoP) is April 30, 2026 through April 29, 2027, plus one, one-year option period.
