NOTICE TYPE: Special Notice NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT A SOLE-SOURCE Description: The 17th Contracting Squadron/PKB, intends to solicit a sole source firm fixed-price contract for a requirement that is to procure specialized renovation, component replacement, and system upgrade services for the existing Dumpster and Large frame aircraft fire training systems located at the Louis F. Garland Fire Academy at Goodfellow AFB, TX.
