THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Alabama National Guard intends to issue a service contract for 12-months with 4, 12-month options to Extreme Legacy Limited LLC to support Rockwall’s for the 22nd RR BN including parts labor and travel for $68,124.00 as a sole source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency's requirements.
