Contract Description
The U.S. Department of State (DOS), U.S. Embassy Singapore, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to IMCS Construction Pte Ltd pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source, as the Contracting Officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available to meet the Government's requirements within the required timeframe. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. However, all responsible sources that believe they can satisfy the Government's requirements may submit a capability statement for consideration by the Government.
