ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS-CHICAGO DISTRICT'S NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCLUDE BRAND NAME COMPONENTS IN A FUTURE CONTRACT FOR THE CHICAGO HARBOR LOCK SECURITY SYSTEM UPGRADE Prescribed at the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) are provisions discussing "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Procedures are herein implemented to satisfy the requirements of such provisions, and are specific to FAR § 6.302-1(c) (1) (i) and (ii) (A) (B) and (C).
