Contract Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District (NWP) intends to negotiate/award a firm-fixed price (FFP) construction contract to include the following brand name or sole source requirements. REASON FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION: 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2), the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
